BREAKING NEWS: Jean Southard Appeal Decision

Jean Southard, retired PC(USA) Minister of the Word and Sacrament, was charged for officiating at a legal wedding of two women in the state of Massachusetts. These charges, filed in the Presbytery of Boston, were dropped on August 22, 2009. This decision was appealed to the Permanent Judicial Commission of the Synod of the Northeast.

TAMFS has learned today that the synod’s decision went against Jean.
